Travel Insurance
All payments are non-refundable, therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended in the event of trip cancellation and/or for travel medical emergencies.
Cancun Hip Hop Fest offers travel protection plans through TravelSafe Insurance. The Classic plan with optional CFAR offers the highest level of protection and coverages. Though travel protection may be purchased up to 24 hours prior to travel, to secure the broadest coverage, including Pre-existing Medical Condition Exclusion Waiver and Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR), the Classic plan must be purchased within 21 days of your first payment (deposit). Cancel for Any Reason Benefit does not cover the failure of the Retail Travel Supplier to provide the bargained-for Travel Arrangements due to cessation of operations for any reason. However, should for some reason Cancun HipHop Fest or Planet Hollywood has to cancel the event, the event would be rescheduled for an alternate date.
